Property Manager Registration

Use this process to register your organisation or yourself with the RTBA.

Select one of the following options:

Create RTBA Online User – My organisation is already registered and has a RTBA number

Register as a Landlord – I am a private landlord but do not have a RTBA number.
(If you have registered previously, use the 'Forgot your password' facility in the 'Sign In' function instead of registering again.)

Register as a Licensed Estate Agent – My organisation is licensed by the Business Licensing Authority but does not have a RTBA number associated with the trading name.
(Your trading name should not already be registered with the RTBA.)

Benefits of registering with the RTBA.

Being registered with the RTBA means that you will:

Be assigned a single 'RTBA Number' for all your dealings with the RTBA
Be able to view and manage all your bond holdings
Have access to the RTBA Electronic Transactions Facility, where paperless electronic transactions can be initiated for lodgments, repayment claims and tenant transfers.
Have access to RTBA Online's administration module where you can:
- Manage the access to RTBA Online for other users in your organisation.
- Change your direct credit and direct debit banking details
- Change your Property Manager profile
